SEBASTIAN BURACHYNSKY

Sebastian graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law, Robson Hall, in 2022 and completed his articles with Brodsky Amy and Gould. Sebastian was called to the Manitoba Bar and joined Bargen Brown LLP as an Associate in June of 2023.

While in law school, Sebastian volunteered with the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic assisting clients with various business-related issues. Sebastian’s main interests are in Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, Environmental Law (relating to net-zero projects, policies, and carbon credits), and Construction Law.

Sebastian has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry where he developed the essential skills necessary to succeed in the business world. He has over 5 years of experience working in a managerial capacity as a Red Seal Journeyman Ironworker Foreman and General Foreman.

In his spare time, Sebastian can be found reading about business, doing legal research, assisting Canada reach its net-zero ambitions by working on net-zero projects, working out in the gym, and spending time with family and friends
